Patrons pay to hang a site here for a week. When nobody has, the curators hang ones they love.
What you get
One of the 2 plaques, by the week: a short muted video, your site's name and address, and a line about it, linking straight to it. The plaque says it is a paid loan, and that is all there is. Sites on loan never appear in the shelves, in Wander or in the catalogue, and paying never changes what the cabinet admits or in what order.
Your site could go up right away. Pricing starts from $10 for one week based on current demand. You can reserve 1 to 12 weeks, and you see the exact dates and price before you pay.
How it works
- Choose how many weeks (1 to 12) you would like your plaque to run, and submit your site's address, the name to show, a line about it (up to 140 characters) and a short video of it (MP4 or WebM, up to 5 MB). You need to be signed in.
- You pay on PayPal (by card or with a PayPal account) when applying. Your plaque hangs from the next opening, and you get an email with the dates.
- A curator looks it over while it hangs. If it breaks the rules below, it is taken down and your payment is refunded in full. You get an email if that happens.
What we accept
A web page that opens in a browser, no download, and a video that is calm and honest about it. The curators decline:
- adult content;
- gambling, betting and casinos;
- crypto, trading and get-rich schemes;
- malware, phishing, or anything that tricks visitors;
- hate, harassment or violence;
- videos that flash, look loud, or promise something the site isn't.
A site that changes into one of these is taken down.
Refunds
You pay when you apply, and if a curator declines your site on review, it comes down and the payment is refunded in full automatically. If you change your mind before your days start, or we can't show your site for a reason on our side, we refund you in full (or the unused days). A site taken down for breaking the rules above is not refunded. Write to curators@wunderkammer.page.
